Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the win63e online gaming platform, accessible at https://win63e.app ("the Platform"). win63e is operated in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. Eligibility & Age Requirements
To be eligible to open and maintain a win63e account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

- You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law;
- You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of win63e, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
- You have not previously been excluded or banned from the win63e Platform or any affiliated platform;
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by win63e or any relevant regulatory authority.
win63e reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the win63e Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. win63e reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. win63e is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win63e login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. win63e will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify win63e immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)
win63e is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Accepted Philippine identification documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
win63e supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your win63e account within minutes. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. win63e is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. win63e reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used to fund your account, or to a verified account in your name.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on the win63e Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. win63e is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
win63e offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the win63e Platform and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your win63e account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
win63e reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
5.4 Promotional Changes
win63e reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of their opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or regulatory directive.
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the win63e Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, the game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game in question.
win63e uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by win63e or any third party.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, win63e reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. win63e's decision in such matters is final.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win63e Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering or attempting to register more than one account;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players;
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;

Intellectual Property
All content on the win63e Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the exclusive property of win63e or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of win63e.
The win63e name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of win63e. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, trade name, or logo of win63e without prior written authorization.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win63e, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the win63e Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
win63e does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, win63e's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall win63e's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your win63e account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Responsible Gaming
win63e is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. Account Suspension & Termination
win63e reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider;
- Regulatory directive or court order requiring the suspension or closure of your account;
- Your account being inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
Upon closure of your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and associated winnings are non-refundable upon account closure.
You may request the closure of your win63e account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with win63e informally by contacting our customer support team. win63e will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
win63e's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to manifest error. Complaints regarding these matters must be submitted to win63e's customer support team within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint.
Amendments to These Terms
win63e reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, win63e will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the win63e Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
